Domain names: legal

By registering, transferring, renewing or managing a domain name via our site, you must read and agree to the following:

• The Domain Name Registration Agreement
• The ICANN Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy
• Domain names ordered through this website will usually be processed within 24-48 hours during business days upon successful completion of your order. You must ensure the domain name you wish to register is available before it can be registered. By registering domain name(s) through this site you understand that there is a delay between the completion of your order and the initiation of the domain name registration process; Multimedia Australia Pty. Ltd. shall not be liable for any domain name(s) that are registered by third parties before we are able to register the domain name for you.
  The details you enter into the ordering form (including but not limited to name, address and telephone number) will be used to register the domain to you, and will be added to your domain name's record.
  If a domain name you request has already been taken, you will be contacted and given the option of either choosing an alternative name or receiving a refund.
  To the maximum extent possible under law, Multimedia Australia Pty. Ltd.'s maximum liability to you in any event shall not exceed the cost of registering the domain name through our site.
